Led by Cindy Marteney, an executive coach and principal of The Marteney Group (www.themarteneygroup.com), this group welcomes questions about entrepreneurship as well as corporate leadership topics.
Entrepreneurial topics include: marketing, positioning, customer segmentation, selling ideas to investors and consumers, and navigating the start-up mode.

The best advice I could give you is collaborate, collaborate, collaborate! Things that have worked for me: When I have been asked to do something big, bold and new to me,I have hired a shadow consultant who is experienced to coach me through it. I have also shared the work with a trusted colleague or two where we put our heads together to deliver the work. Also, don't forget that your clients are your partners too. If you facilitate their best thinking, you all come up with great solutions.
