I would like to find and share ideas and experience with the devellopment of the full potential of Human Beingness in organisations. Organisations tend to think in terms of: "improving the added value of the employee to the organisation" in order to get results. This approach tends to deny the intrinsic evolution of individuals, groups and man kind. I want to explore what improves the added value of the organisation for it's individuals, groups and man kind. You might call it social ecology but htere's a difference. In Ecological terms you would act to get economic results but not not to do harm while doing it. I am interested in ways to enhance Human Beingness and its logical evolution in organisations.


GROUP MESSAGES:

It is only through self-awareness without judgment that a human being can live and develop their full potential. I have counseled 1000's of people and I know that through self-awareness we can learn how we are limiting ourselves and others through our beliefs and concepts. Once we know this, we can choose to think differently, which in turn will allow us to feel differently and behave differently. It is this moment of choice that is available to all of us when we become aware of how we are creating our reality, and whether or not we like what we are creating.
