Co-working: Independant workers find community at Citizen Space

Citizen Space takes the best elements of a coffee shop and a workspace and melds them together to create a place where you can get work done and socialize with other visitors. They rent desks in their San Francisco location for $425 a month and hold events in the space as well.

They say their organization was built on a "coworking philosophy" which includes the principles of collaboration, openness, community, accessibility and sustainability for those who don't work in a traditional company.
