Artist BriAnna Olson sends love to Iran

Mellat Park // Northern Tehran from brianna olson on Vimeo.

American artist BriAnna Olson started the project "Send Love to Iran" after the 5th anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Center. She stood with a sign that said, "Unconditional Love is Global Security." The project is an attempt to help others see the Islamic Republic of Iran through the eyes of someone like her - a contemporary American artist.

Olson recently visited Tehran with fellow multimedia artist Michael Pope. There, they met with many Iranian artists, curators and clerics. They transmitted many of their experiences on the Send Love to Iran blog.
