Happy people make happy nonprofits

On their website, the Happinness Foundation says it is an “alternative to traditional philanthropy.” They provide pro bono consulting services to nonprofit organizations instead of money. All workers are volunteer business experts who want to help Nonprofits increase their impact on society and the world by acting as matchmakers and project coordinators for the organizations they serve.

They say their purpose is "...to inspire and enable people to make other people happy by giving of themselves, improving the quality of life for everyone envolved.”

They believe in a hidden potential within all people, and want to make it easy and rewarding for people to get involved. Their philosophy is that happiness is felt by making other people happy.
