Vote Uffe, Now!

Uffe, I know you've been on the Aarhus City Council, but would you consider seeking national (or even international) political office? A magical-realist politic manifesto is one I could really sign up for!

Hi James - Yes I was a member of the city council in Aarhus (the 2nd city of Denmark) for five years. And had just been voted in for my second term, when I was headhunted for a new job here in Copenhagen (I had also just steped down from my position as rector for the KaosPilots after 15 years in that job).

The job the City of Copenhagen offered me, was just to (political) interessting to say no to. Because it was a job as CEO for the big homosexual, bisexual and transgender event World Outgames 2009 (a sports, culture and human right event the last week of July 2009). So here I am in Copenhagen making politics "my way":-)

Our slogan is: Love of Freedom - Freedom to love!

Where Im heading after this event is over....I dont know right now. Maybe heading for the parliament - either here in Denmark or the European Parliament in Bruxelles:-)

All the best

Uffe
