Deepak Chopra: The audacity of peace, President Obama!
My title is the name of a video interview of Deepak Chopra with New Realities host Alan Steinfeld done on January 8, 2009. It’s long, and the first twenty minutes are the best. Give it to yourself as a lunch hour.
I liked Deepak before I saw this, but I’d never heard him talk about politics from his holistic viewpoint before. Wow. He’s a peace tiger. His nine points to change our economy from war-based to peace-based are powerful. He basically proposes to reconfigure the purpose of our military-industrial complex, so that there is much greater abundance for many more people.
He and Alan invite us to continue the conversation at peace@newrealities.com — they offer to take our suggestions for peace to President Obama. As soon as I’m through with this post, I’m writing to Deepak and Alan on the way to BHO.
