Louise Fyfe & Estelle Sabatier

For several years Estelle and Louise have been working on opening a coffee shop/restaurant which would be the first in the east of Canada to be totally "green." Everything is built with second hand materials. The equipement is second hand too. They reduce the waste, recycle and compost.

It has been 2 years now and it a real success that has transformed the energy of the city. The food is local and organic as much as possible and if not local it's fair trade. All the food and drinks are in biodegradable and compostable.

This coffee shop has been a such great success for 2 years now they are opening a second one! It's not only a simple eco-business, it's also a social responsibility: Trying to sensitize people of the place every day and trying to hire first people from other countries to give them a chance to integrate into the community.

Even if it's a rainy day outside, their smile makes you feel like a sunny day!
