Jennifer Macaluso Gilmore
Jennifer Macaluso Gilmore inspires women on a daily basis through her classes and one-on-ones to live holistically, positively and realistically in pursuing the life of their dreams. www.nytimes.com/2009/09/20/fashion/20Guru.html?_r=2&em
Jen does what she does like no one else and no one can mimic here mojo and dedication in conveying to women her own experience of taking her life from "not-so-great" to more amazing that she ever imagined. She encourages women to recognize their power and their strength to actually create the lives that they want---not through banging gongs or "girlpower" but by working with women to tap into their own power and to really embrace and accept it and harness it for good in their own lives and the world.
All the while, she encourages a deeper spirituality and connection to all of the wonderful people and things that life has to offer. You won't find Jen "om-ing" through a class but you will find her encouraging you to do so on your own time ( if quiet time and mediation is called for in your life).
She works with Deepak Chopra's Seven Spiritual Laws of Success and Victoria Moran's " Creating a Charmed Life"along with several book lists long of positive and encouraging spiritual and self-help texts. Jen and her classes along with the amazing network of women that she has created are always encouraged to become positive instruments for change in the world.
In a world where the divorce rate is higher than ever before, the jobless rates have plumented and people continue to lose their homes, Jennifer's clients are rare members of today's world who have been given the tools and taken the steps to succeed fostering healthy marriages, dream jobs, dream homes, and families. And, all the while, remembering to smile at their neighbor and remember that everything comes back to us.
My words can never do her justice as she is such a vibrant, kind, funny and amazing person. She touches everyone that she meets with a little fairy dust matched with a eternal, optmistic realism. I would not be married and happily married were it not for my work with Jennifer and her women's group. I have a job that I created in working with Jen over the last 5 years. And, am creating a future that I am excited about because of her. She is an optimist and a realist and a true mentor for men and women. Trust me, my husband wishes she worked with men!
